We are your agent, not a broker

A broker makes money on the spread and disappears when something goes wrong. We are a buying agent. You pay us a transparent fee to represent your interests, and we stay accountable for the order from start to finish.

Quality is confirmed by specification and independent lab testing, with a Certificate of Analysis in hand, before any money moves.

We monitor the shipment closely

Whichever Indonesian port the order moves through, we stay directly involved: preparing documentation, holding the seller to the agreed terms, and monitoring the shipment closely as the seller sends it, rather than hoping an unsupervised third party gets it right.

Are you a supplier, a broker, or an agent?
We are a buying agent. We represent you, the buyer, and source from vetted Indonesian suppliers on your behalf for a transparent fee. We do not mark up hidden margins like a broker, and we are not selling our own stock.
How do you charge?
A transparent commission on the value of your order, shown as a separate line from the supplier price. The rate scales down as order size grows, with no markup hidden inside the supplier price.
Who actually ships our order?
The seller ships the goods, through whichever port serves their location, since Indonesia exports through many seaports nationwide. We do not operate logistics or freight ourselves, and we have no freight partners of our own. Our job is to monitor the seller, confirm the shipment matches what was agreed, and track it until it reaches you.
Do you take ownership of the goods, or act as the seller?
No. We never take title to the goods and we are not a reseller. The contract for the goods sits between you and the supplier, on terms we negotiate on your behalf. We act purely as your representative throughout the transaction.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Not from us. We do not set a minimum ourselves, since we represent you rather than sell our own stock. Minimum order quantities are set by the supplier and vary by product. Tell us your target volume and we will find a supplier who can meet it.
Who provides the documentation, and what should we expect?
Lab reports, certificates of origin, and similar paperwork are issued by independent labs, the supplier, and the relevant authorities, not by us. As your agent, we arrange and verify each one on your behalf, including the COA, GC-MS report, MSDS, TDS, certificate of origin, and certificates such as Halal, phytosanitary, and EUDR documentation, so you receive a complete, verified file before the goods ship.
Can you source products not on your list?
Yes. Our network covers most Indonesian agricultural and natural commodities. Send your requirement and we will source it.
What happens if the goods do not match our specification?
You do not pay for it. Every order is checked against your specification with a sample and independent lab testing before any money moves, so a mismatch is caught before you commit, not after the goods are already on a ship.
Do you only work with established importers, or can a new buyer place a first order through you?
Either. Many clients come to us for exactly that reason: they have no existing relationship on the ground in Indonesia and no way to verify one on their own. We handle the supplier vetting, sample testing, and documentation a first time buyer would otherwise have no way to do themselves.
